Have You Set Up Your Own Dog Blog?

By Dog Trainer | May 15, 2009

Over the last couple of years blogging has become very popular and a lot of people including dog owners and lovers everywhere have created their own blog. If you haven’t yet or indeed even if you have then I think you will find this of interest!

Blogging is a great way to have up to date content which is easily created and is by far the best way to get traffic to your website.

In my opinion the best blogging software available is WordPress which offers an easy and free to use system that allows you to set up and install a blog at your current domain name.

For example, if your website is www.yourdomain.com, your blog address would be www.yourdomain.com/blog. Although it isn’t a requirement to have your own domain name for the use of WordPress, I’d recommend that you do because if you’re serious about blogging your way to success then having your own domain name will seriously help you. WordPress was started in 2003 and has since become one of the most popular blogging software available.

Setting up a WordPress blog is easy and fast and not only does it improve your website but it improves your search engine rankings and your popularity with visitors. However, there are a few requirements that you need to make sure you have in order to successfully create a WordPress blog which can function on your website and be an asset rather than a drawback. Here’s a completely free report which will take you step by step through the process of setting up a blog:

To save to your own computer right click on the link above and save the .pdf to your own computer. You will need the Free Adobe Reader to read the report which is normally installed on most computers. Don’t forget to make a note of where you save the report so you can find it to then read it!

Hope it helps and have fun blogging!
